Exeter Symphony Orchestra commissioned me to write a suite of my film music from the Battle of the Somme for their summer concert.
It will be performed in Exeter on Saturday 11th July 2015
For the Centenary in 2016 we are planning 100 performances of The Battle of the Somme, live with film performed by professional and amateur orchestras across Europe.
Alongside this we are doing extensive education projects nationwide. We will be working with secondary school children writing scores for WW1 footage.
